Safer streets, together
Saw a traffic violation? Report it. Get rewarded.
C.O.P. turns your phone into a safety tool. Capture a violation, send it to local law enforcement for review, and earn reward points when a fine is recorded for it.

Safety first
No report is worth a risk
C.O.P. is for capturing what you see safely. It is not for enforcing the law yourself.
Never record while driving
Only record as a passenger, a pedestrian or from a safely parked vehicle.
Don't follow or confront
Never chase, block or approach a driver. Leave enforcement to officers.
Stay in public places
Record only what you can see from where you are allowed to be.
Emergencies: call 911
C.O.P. is not an emergency service. If someone is in danger, call 911.

Built to protect you and the people around you
- Location is only used while you're making a report

FAQ
Questions, answered
Is C.O.P. free?
Yes. The app is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Who reviews my reports?
Officers at the participating law enforcement agency for the area where the violation happened. They decide whether a citation is issued.
How do reward points work?
Reward points are added to your balance when a fine is recorded for a violation you reported. Point amounts depend on the agency and violation type. Points have no cash value; ways to redeem them are coming soon.
Will the driver know who reported them?
We never share your identity with the driver. Your name and email are visible to the reviewing agency so it can verify the report. If a citation is contested, the agency or a court may ask you to confirm your report, and the law may require the agency to disclose who reported it.
Where is C.O.P. available?
C.O.P. is available in the United States, for people 18 or older. Rewards depend on a participating agency covering the area where the violation happened.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. You can delete your account permanently or deactivate it and come back later. See the Privacy Policy for details.
